5 Star Garages is an historic high-ceilinged 1920’s factory building being redeveloped into a collector car storage complex. If you have too many cars and other toys to keep at home and want a stunning space to display your car collection, work on them and hang out, 5 Star Garages is for you.

Individual spaces are available starting at 977 SF and up to 8,524 contiguous SF.
Finished spaces will have generous factory style (new) windows, polished concrete floors and exposed brick and structural steel in every unit.
All but the 977 SF space have a double height (22’) clerestory running through the center of the building; adjacent ceilings are 12’ to 14’ in height.
All of the larger spaces can be equipped with 2nd floor mezzanines.
The entire building is being gut-renovated, and will have the character of an old building, but with all new heating and air conditioning, windows, roof, insulation, electrical systems and lighting, plumbing, fire protection and alarm systems.
Each space will have its own central heating and air conditioning system, individual bathrooms, electrical service, glass garage door and pedestrian-door entrances.
Spaces can be entirely customizable as desired.

Each tenant space will have its own entrance, bathroom, heating and air conditioning system and separately metered utilities (gas, electric, water and sewer).
There are five potential spaces in the building. All but Suite B are currently available.

Pricing is projected as follows:
Suite A – Monthly rent $1,895; Sale $315,000
Suites C-E – Monthly Rent approx. $4,675; Sale $825,000, pricing will vary by space.
In addition to base rent/purchase price, all occupants will pay their own utilities, and allocated real estate taxes, insurance and site and building maintenance. Allocated costs are estimated at approximately $3/SF-year, plus utilities.
